Verification of Course Completion

Current AUP students use this form to verify completion of a course or qualification to be applied towards graduation requirements.

ALL courses need to be submitted via this process before a Senior PQS or Graduate PQS form may be processed.

Refer to the Course Catalog chapter in current edition of the AUP Program of Study. "Pass Criteria" are listed for each course. DO NOT submit this form until you have satisfied all pass criteria, and are able to attach supporting documents to this form.
